Dégustation : Belle robe jaune pâle très brillante, nez expressif de pêche blanche, une pointe mentholée qui se décline à l’agitation sur la poire fraiche avec des notes de chèvrefeuille et de mangue juste ouverte. L’attaque est franche, la bouche est pleine, volumineuse et grasse, explosion aromatique de mangue, de poire et de pêche au sirop mêlées, la trame bien tendue allonge la persistance avec une finale salivante et vineuse.Très bel équilibre, mâche et grande pureté pour ce vin vivifiant.
Nice and brilliant pale yellow color. Fruity on the rose with white peach notes and hints of mint in the beginning, after shaking fresh pear with notes of honeysuckle and mango. Mouth is frank and full with a blowout of mango, pear and peach. Beautiful balance with long lasting and vividness on the end.
